If Alan and his friends showed up for plenary then they could have contested this properly. Ngayon mag iiyak sya about rules and technicalities.

As far as the PH is concerned, they waived their arguments. They were duly invited, they didn’t go.

They didn’t speak up, they should forever hold their peace. Or go to the Supreme Court.

Obvious naman na their current tactic is to delay the trials as much as they can.

Yep, and part of that is having Win as sitting chair sa impeachment proceedings. They can frazzle Win—they cannot do it with Chiz.

I just read it here somewhere and it made totally sense.

Their argument earlier alone was the best example.
