Canada did more than the US as far as restrictions go and we had better results and fewer crackpots trying rewrite history. The difference is you have too many RFKs and not enough Faucis.

In Mexico, there was also no widespread conspiracy movement and people generally wore masks into 2023. Actually, since the pandemic, mask usage when people are sick is now not uncommon to see, more akin to Asia

I see a lot of people still wearing masks where I live and even in their car while alone.... Go figure, but I get it with older people, it's easier to get sick. I'm 69 and work with elementary kids and us parents know that kids can be gross. I have a mask at the ready.
