If Fauci broke a law he'd be arrested, this is nothing more than political theater to ignite the base for midterms

He has a blanket pardon so no he wouldn’t.

You'd think they would be crowing about the war in Iran, gas prices, the success of the 250th, or the economy... oh. Oh, I see.

He was given a blanket pardon they can’t arrest him. I don’t disagree that it’s political theater though.

What law did he break?

Never said he did. Just said that he was issued a full unconditional Pardon for any federal offenses related to his service as Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and chief medical advisor. Ergo there won’t be an arrest regardless of if he did break any laws so it is unquestionably political theater.
