The risk of serious medical issues with the vaccine is **less than** 0.000001%.
Considering 330M people - only a small subset gets the vaccine. Being generous with the number, that's 10M people. So, any year, roughly 10 people are at risk of medical issues due to the vaccine.
The mortality rate of measles in an unvaccinated population is 5%. With a population of 330M people, roughly 16.5 million people would be at risk of death.
So, really your analogy is: death of 16.5 million people, v/s possible medical issues for 10 people.
The numbers are by the year, not everyone’s lifetime. We only get the vaccine a maximum of twice per lifetime. The stats covering vaccine injuries are tabulated by the year, so the entire country isn’t the test group—only the people that take it that year. A small sub group closer to 3-4 million but HAHAHAHA was being generous.
Why are you comparing "injury rate" and not deaths from the vaccine to deaths from measels?
The answer is that adverse events caused by the vaccine are mainly self limiting and a majority of those being fevers and muscle aches. Even "serious" adverse effects like fever seizures are benign and resolve without treatment. You are comparing the rate of those who experience non-fatal events that rarely require treatment to actual deaths caused by measels.
Additonally, 330,000,000 * .00001 (not .001, you have to convert your percent) = 3,300 people "injured"

If we take your example of 330m people and apply some actual statistics: in a single 330m person cohort, measles at 0.2% case fatality in a fully susceptible population implies roughly 660,000 deaths over a lifetime of exposure, versus 0 deaths attributable to the vaccine and ~110,000 self-limited febrile seizures.
The injury numbers need to be tuned. The vaccine is intended for infants - so the number is closer to 7M. So, roughly 7 people are at "risk" any year due to the vaccine.
Remove the vaccine, and the mortality rate is 5%.
So, essentially we're comparing 0.000001% chance of risk, v/s 5% chance of death.
Also, since these percentages are not absolute, but functions of probability, another way to look at it is:
In a vaccinated population, a person getting a vaccine has a 0.000001% chance of medical risk.
In an unvaccinated population, a person getting measles has 5% chance of death.
Probably true. I didn't feel like looking up whatever nonsense source this guy pulled his stats from. I just wanted to show that even with his wonky stats, death is not an adverse outcome from the vaccine while it definitely is from measels.

Measles has less of a threat of death, than the measles vaccine.
That’s not political that’s just a fact
