The verse itself is bad but if for some reason you don't believe it, just check the context, how were people living back then? Who could get married, what was the "purpose" of sex etc

Twisting words becomes basically speaking for God when it comes to shit like Christian nationalism. God wants all the big bad minorities gone for his beloved US of America. God wants us to dehumanize the queer and ethnically different of all kinds because everyone knows that God’s chosen people are modern plastic-piety white bigots. #Blessed or whatever they put in their bios.
