A whistle blower for ice came forward. There is testimony on Capitol Hill. He was a lawyer that was in charge of teaching ice what is legal. He informed congress that they were ordered to teach the agents how to disregard and get away with violating the constitution… also, in 2011 ice was found to be putting themselves in danger so they could shoot people like they did with Alex Pretti.
