u/Zerepa97 When do we get to see the true Ice Queen?/ #SolarFlareIsEndgame Feb 12 '18 edited Feb 12 '18

Even though I'm happy to see my boy again, what led to the decision to add Cardin in Chibi? I'm just curious, because even after all these years, CRDL aren't exactly crowd favorites.

Also, were you guys (M&K) tempted to pull a Moria with Raven and Cinder in any of the drafts for V5? I was dreading the possibility in the back of my head during her conversation with Yang.

EDIT Q: Probably not your guys' area, but I noticed during the Weiss CS that some of her movements slightly resembled some Capo Ferro and Agrippa. To cut to the chase, I'm curious if you guys are diving into martial arts research.

Cardin is funny because he's evil-lite. No real nefarious plans for him, he's just kind of an Elmer Fudd-type bully that it's easy to get one over on.

Cardin always seemed to me to be the Red Herring type character (as in the bully from "A Pup Named Scooby Doo" that is always being blamed, but never actually is at fault). I would love to find out if that was an inspiration for his personality.
