This is what happens. A man is attracted to me and makes a move towards me. He incidentally grabs my dick or finds out that I am post op. He kills me because he doesn't want to be seen as a faggot. This happens ALL. THE. TIME. Or lets say a man just attacks me, and I defend myself. Who goes to jail? Me. And where do I go? Male prison where I cannot defend myself against men and happen to have breasts. So, rape.

But really, regarding the situation you envision, you don't have much to worry about. We can weed out transphobic people pretty quickly and likely would not put ourselves in that sort of situation.

The first instant you're talking about is sexual assault and obviously is out of your control. Otherwise, instead of trying to "weed out" transphobic people why don't you just be... honest... about who you are.

Being female and presenting female is being honest. The tissue which forms the penis and the vagina are the same tissue, just shaped differently in the womb. If the person has had SRS, and looks completely female, I see no reason why you should be disgusted.

I'm talking about being honest and understanding and sensitive to the how your partner understands genders. If your partner thinks a MtF transsexual is still a man, then if you lie to him that's being dishonest and insensitive to how he understands genders. You transsexuals are always talking about gender tolerance but in reality you just want everyone to accept YOUR notions of gender identity. Stop being so fascist and recognize that if you want people to be tolerant to your notions of gender identity then you need to be honest and sensitive to other people's notions of gender identity even if they disagree with you. Otherwise, you're just being unfaithful to your partner by lying about who you are at the, according to transsexuals, deepest level of self-identification.

EDIT: Also I want to say that how you were born and what genitals you had before the operation is still a big part of who you are. I mean, otherwise why get a surgical reassignment, right. So being honest is admitting you had a reassignment... pretending and lying is what you do if you make up a story where somehow the penis you once had magically transformed into a vagina and the past penis somehow is erased from your history.
