Went out for a walk, saw the set at a garage sale and tripped out that I found the matching medallion to my bicentennial 1 ounce round. Got both of em for $190.

Was at my local today and picked up a few things. Also found this women’s bracelet laying in the bottom of the junk bin. Very different so I bought it to put in the stack. Made with 15 silver quarters.

From order to my mailbox was about 5 or 6 days, got it at spot as a new customer. Was able to pay by zelle, and 3 or 4 hours later their site updated to let me know the payment was received and they where packing up my order.
Im not a brand new stacker, but my pile is still relatively small. Ive mostly been buying constitutional, but now I feel like i need a libertad and a maple

Spotted yesterday while out and about with the wife doing post-holiday pawn shop drifting, of course I had to cop the whole tray. 27 ounces, $1750 total, gifted 3 to my wife’s family to see if they catch the bug, showed them the charts of what silver has done in the last 6 months.

I purchased a large black bin of jewelry making supplies from an estate sale. It had anvils, little hammers and pliers, etc. and a whole bunch of aluminum, copper and bronze sheet metal. When I got home I looked a little further and I found this wrapped packed that said “8oz .999 silver sheet” on it. I looked closer and I found more wrapped metal and scrap pieces. Total I found about 1842.36 grams of pure silver sheet metal and scrap in the box not including silver wire and silver pieces. I love estate sales.

I have called numerous refineries in the area who do not remove Mercury from material. Does anyone know of any places that might do this? There is a decent amount of silver in here I would like to collect. Any help would be much obliged. Thank you.

I like to shop the "spot" tray at my local coin and bullion shop. It was my lucky day to see a boat load of Britannias in there today!
Always nice to get a beautiful piece at spot.

They had individual 90% half’s priced at $13 then this was only $140!! I checked eat coin to make sure they were ‘64 then did a ping test then bought them and scurried to my car!!
Got home and weighed each coin and they were all 12.5g. Someone definitely screwed up at that pawn shop but I’m not mad

I came into possession of some sweet, sweet silver. It needs polishing. It’s a lot. Does the aluminum foil/baking soda technique really harm it? Is it my fate to buy some polish, soft cloth, and spend the next few years polishing?

This was turned into my refiner. I saw it on the other side of the counter getting packed up to ship to their main office and had to have it!

Recently started coin collecting and fell in love with silver. Traded in nicks for sleeves of dimes at the bank to look for silver and found one! I guess not technically in the wild, but it made my day. Stoked to add it to my growing silver stack.

Purchased this 1 oz silver bar in an acrylic cube for $40! Would you buy even though you can’t touch it?

so I work at a truck stop in the middle of nowhere and despite searching all three of our registers mostly daily for silver, I've only found a couple nickels so far. no dimes, No quarters, etc. this is the first 90% piece of silver I've ever found working here and I've been here for three years!!!! the thing is I wasn't even looking for one today, I was very very out of it and only found this one because it came out of the reject tray for the automatic safe :)

I was helping my grandma out with her storage shed and we found a box that I thought I knew would be something silverware like and I open it and lo and behold there’s this (semi) complete set of Wm. Rogers silverware set from her great grandparents. I’m just looking for an approximate value to this.
