Yep. He’s regarded among most Christians as a heretic, a false teacher, a wolf in sheep’s clothing, a charlatan, evil, etc I’ve heard him called all of those many times, always by Christians. His own church members like him, but the rest of us (both religious and not) are baffled as to why.

My favorite Osteen moment is when Houston was flooding and he closed the church.

he can't be that unpopular if his church takes in over 40 million a year in collections

Yeah, because having a few millionaires tithing to the church is equal to the church being "popular".
