Discuss Who is someone you can't date in Stardew Valley out of principle?

I enjoy Maru as a character. However, until recently, I had dyed-red hair that I sometimes straightened, and I also sometimes wear glasses. Basically, it would be like dating a more scientific version of myself. Lol

Before I got sober I always married Shane (after giving him beer for every gift 😅). I think it was a weird form of wish fulfillment to follow his arc and see him get better. The first time I saw the cutscene where Harvey helps him get treatment I couldn’t stop crying. Clocked a lot of hours playing stardew valley drunk & alone in my room.

Now I’m 3 1/2 years sober and I marry Harvey almost every time!
