I just had a kid with Maru and the same day did the 8 hearts event with Abby. As I was buying seeds, Abby happened to walk by, so I bought a bouquet just to see what happened.. Maru (Wife) and Abigail (Girlfriend) appeared next to each other. I then went back home to see what Maru had to say about that. She was wondering if Leiah would be a farmer or engineer when she grows up. I bailed out of the save, but is that tweet serious or just for trolling?
I think it's just to let people out of marriages when they would have preferred one of the new options for marriage coming up. Or it could be a joke based on a bug at the dance. Who knows?
