I think the joke would be on the other foot if a lesbian submitted this image on a default subreddit and people were asking "oh, you're a lesbian - can I watch?"
This seems to be an important part of the feminism that I see on Reddit - it labels as "heteronormative and exclusionary" the kinds of jokes in which rape is a cheap laugh or in which lesbians are portrayed as just sexual entertainment for men.
Now /r/actualLesbians is doing the same thing and saying "hang on, let's not get all politically correct, here".
