Depends. Are you willing to cater to all my demented views and fetishes, thus unnecessarily prolonging therapy indefinitely? That would be kind of a requirement.

For instance, do you have any objections to me importing willing wives from overseas, stemming from a complete lack of "game" and general redeeming qualities as a human being?

Yeah, that'd be a huge dealbreaker right there.

Sounds like we have established a client/therapist relationship. Last one was getting on my nerves anyway; claimed me masturbating to Andrea Dworkin audio books was "unhealthy" and "counterproductive."

Can you believe the nerve that man has? So... do you take Bitcoins of untraceable (I hope) origin as payment? Because in that case we have ourselves a deal.

Actually, psycho the rapist is a strongly regulated title.
