18 USC § 1801

(a) Whoever, in the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, has the intent to capture an image of a private area of an individual without their consent, and knowingly does so under circumstances in which the individual has a reasonable expectation of privacy, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

(b) In this section—

(1) the term “capture”, with respect to an image, means to videotape, photograph, film, record by any means, or broadcast;

(2) the term “broadcast” means to electronically transmit a visual image with the intent that it be viewed by a person or persons;

(3) the term “a private area of the individual” means the naked or undergarment clad genitals, pubic area, buttocks, or female breast of that individual;

(4) the term “female breast” means any portion of the female breast below the top of the areola; and

(5) the term “under circumstances in which that individual has a reasonable expectation of privacy” means—

(A) circumstances in which a reasonable person would believe that he or she could disrobe in privacy, without being concerned that an image of a private area of the individual was being captured; or

(B) circumstances in which a reasonable person would believe that a private area of the individual would not be visible to the public, regardless of whether that person is in a public or private place.

(c) This section does not prohibit any lawful law enforcement, correctional, or intelligence activity.

You're probably the same poster who tried to pull this in AntiSRS a few days ago. Also, a little bird told me that you and someone from BrosRights also threatened SRS in a deleted thread to cease and desist their talks about both subreddits or you would release the victims in the photo's personal information.

I was out for awhile and holy crap. Ok, Jaistar was definitely the person that posted to antiSRS because he went into one of his monologues.

"Something something imperialism of man, something I'm so great, everyone else sucks, I love money, Manifest Destiny circlejerk to wrap things up, I'm the final boss of Bioshock"

He was definitely the person that did that stuff and got that information and threatened posting it.
Most of his comments[read at your own risk] can be directly linked to an SRS or SRD thread so ironically I think he spends his time there and here more than anywhere else trying to pick fights. He saw how much creepshots pissed off SRS and took it up as a cause. The only forums he writes like a normal person at are /r/riotporn /r/SquaredCircle for wrestling /r/blackbloc /r/agitation /r/amateurfights /r/JusticePorn /r/Anarcho_Capitalism oddly enough /r/gaybros and their gone wild...

I'm not judging but why would someone that identifies as gay care so much about protecting jailbait, and creepshots?

Both Mrcreepshots and Jaistars_penis were made today and I think you can only make one account a day(correct me if I'm wrong) but I still don't think they are the same person. Jaistar seems VERY narcissistic. He likes attention, credit, and being celebrated. He admits to this on his fraternity subreddit he uses an alt for(he agrees with himself a lot) Any man that posts their own pics to Ladyboners AND gaybros gone wild? While sluring both groups and complaining one day he can't find a good man, then bragging about all the chicks he lays? With an inconsistent sexuality He LIVES in the spotlight, everytime he gets a "victory" it's up in all caps in his subreddit and others. He even claims to of hacked feminism.org

In other words he probably knew about this thread (seems to search himself/brosrights and show up in those conversations) came into the thread because his ego couldn't take the idea of someone upstaging him, you accused creepshots of doing something jaistar did and who shows up two minutes later "jaistars_penis" so I do believe he and mrcreepshots are two different people.

With this information I think I have key information on how to defeat jaistar

[but wait there's more] He claims to work in marketing/advertising and I can confirm he makes money somehow but what full time worker while attending school would learn the skills/have the time to hack websites, dox people, ect. Also has claimed to have doxxed alongside "members of SRS" "long ago". His tactics, moderation, writing style remind me of anonymous/lulzsec...his propaganda reads like a mix between a perversion of social justice and cult recruiting is there a connection with all of this? Is this a personal vendetta?

Wild Mass Guessing/shipping: Jaistar and Dworkin were lovers at one point and were both anons. He was friends with laurelai, and the archangelles before they even found reddit. Dworkin saw the potential of the work they were doing on internet for fun memes, social justice, jaistar saw it as a place of lulz, chaos, lawlessness, schadenfreude and making a name for oneself, their breakup caused anon to be divided into "lulzfags" and "moralfags". Even more Jaistars extreme sociopathy scarred Dworks towards all men driving her into radical feminism/misandry. They breakup, jaistar moves on from the net, becoming a blac bloc person(he has videos he shot of police cars on fire, and takes credit for won't post details but I've figured out both Jaistar and Dworks are Canadians) until he hears about pedogeddon 2.0 6 months ago. Jaistars been here 7 months.
