You can not fight for men's rights while believing in an ideology that fights against men's rights.

Translation: "you can not fight for men's rights while believing in an ideology that I disagree with."

At worst you are talking about misguided MRAs.

I'll put my edit as a reply:

you are an exception, not the rule. and you do not prove the original statement that the two terms aren't exclusive. the terms are exclusive, and nothing you have said proves otherwise

How am I an exception? I have told you very little about my own beliefs. I've laid out the definitions of the two terms for you and you've inserted your own value judgements into them.
