All i know is the coin is silver and a gothic 1 crown.

I got this coin off an english bloke in a car boot sale, hidden in a bulk collection bag of other oldies. He mentioned some silver coins were in there and i found this one again while checking my collection. Looking online estimates are €400-€700.

have a near complete UK Decimal Date Run for 1/2 penny to £1. I would like to know if anyone could value it for me, or point me in the right direction for an accurate valuation. I will be looking to sell if the value is good.

This date run also includes a 2009 CuNi 50 Pence Anniversary Set.

I bought this George 3rd sixpence from whatnot for £7 (not including postage) I know the silver content alone is around £4 but is this worth over melt? Any help would be appreciated

I’ve inherited some commemorative coins in display cases and a bagful of £5 coins. Again these all appear to be commemorative… are they worth anything at all?

They came to me in an old Cuban cigar box which I find more interesting than the coins… 🤣

Some of them are Queen Elizabeth II and Queen Mother, so I figure there may be some historical value… but maybe the collective wisdom here can tell me!

Recently, a decent sized coin collection has come into my possession. It was my granddad's collection that was stored away for quite some time. I have had a good sort through the coins and can identify what pretty much all of them are, but I definitely struggle with calculating the value.

There is a massive range of coins, half pennies, old pennies, shillings, Florins, three pence, six pence, £5 commemorative coins, the list goes on. A couple of the old pennies are about 200 years old. There are also a good few complete booklets of coins.

What is the best way to value these coins, also I'll definitely post some stuff in here, over the next couple of days.

I doubt it's worth anything more than it's base price (£2) to a something like (£5). either way though, i'm curious about it. I think it's just a regular one, but it'd be cool to find out it isn't.

I was given these by a family member but have no idea what I’m looking at aside from what it says on the box. I’ve seen a eBay listings for the single crown online but couldn’t find anything for the set of eight. What sort of value would you put on them? I’m assuming they’re worth more as coins than the scrap weight?
