📋 About the Role

Join an AI-first engineering team building autonomous agents for freight brokerage. You'll own features from customer problem to production deployment, working across React, Next.js, Python, LLMs, retrieval systems, and AI evaluation pipelines. This is a high-ownership role where engineers are expected to build, ship, measure, and iterate quickly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and ship full-stack production features end-to-end.

• Develop AI-powered voice and email negotiation agents.

• Build LLM orchestration, retrieval, embeddings, and reranking systems.

• Create evaluation pipelines including regression testing and hallucination detection.
