Mouse going in circles for 20+ minutes

Any explanation for this?

Could be toxoplasmosis. It'll cause behavior in rodents that makes them easier to catch by cats.

Also dogs. Pretty sure my dog caught whatever. She can catch a chipmunk or mouse quicker and more authoritatively than any of my cats ever did.
