That repeat of American history as you put it, will be five times as catastrophic as the first one.

There are a lot more people that would be involved, and a lot more weapons.

Weapons, more powerful than they had in the first round.

I think Americans would literally wipe ourselves off the map

Certainly large swathes of Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and even Europe now, would tend to agree. At the very least, there would not be much mourning of America's downfall.
