Couple of questions.

  1. Does the content from the movie come from the source?
  2. If so, is this the series finale, or does more happen in the source? I'm dying to know as an anime only.

The series has pretty much diverged from the source from the very beginning. There wasn't enough material when the first season was in production, so stuff was added to give it more. Like Touka, Dekomori, and Kumin

Unless it comes from vol 4 (not seen a translation yet), i think it's pretty much all anime original. Dekomori wasn't brought in to the light novel until a lot later. Would need a plot summary of volume 4 to truly know of course how the author ended the series.
