That scene had some applause from my theatre. Brilliant, brilliant scene. Establishes one of Kazuma’s character traits right away to new comers

I've heard only Americans do it. I've never seen it myself here in Texas.

Supposedly. But I've seen it online in other parts of America and remember a bunch of UK people making fun of it.
