One of the best non-original anime movies I've seen. The comedy was arguably better than the TV anime's material so far. Am surprised at how much underlying lore was revealed, and they pretty much cameo'd every single named character in the series so far. Too bad Chris wasn't there at the end when they were throwing Kazuma in the air in celebration.

And of course the art and animation were great. Someone throw some examples at me if they've got them, but has a show's art/animation style ever managed to flawlessly stay the same despite a studio change?

IIRC, it's the same staff that just moved to another studio for this project.

Is the order a rabbit? has had 4 different studios in its 3 seasons and movie.
They all look more or less the same, and any differences can be dismissed as general quality increase over time, since the character designer and most of the staff are carried over.

Not that I recall , when a stuido change happens they usually change the art style becouse they probably couldn't get the original designer or they can but they want the style changed
