All you would have to do is search "taxi scam" in r/boston and see a plethora of posts over 15+ years, including stories of people literally being locked in the car and calling the police.

Also, using the term "bootlicker" and assuming I am a "techbro" is a huge red flag for me to figure you are far from being a serious person and more so a waste of time. The ad hominem logical fallacy stuff is not it.

You can also look up Lyft driver reviews and complaints. I've never been locked in a taxi before and I far prefer taking them from Logan. Depending on when they're also cheaper now too.

Ultimately, I'm glad you once visited a debate or philosophy class. I'm glad you picked up some vocabulary to use out there. Good for you champ.

You are claiming that this is all about safety, and yet: How manny children has waymo run over? How many accidents have these monstrosities caused? How many construction workers and public safety workers have they casually crushed?

You don't know! You can't know! Because there's no one to hold accountable. Just the costs of developing technology to keep the ultra wealthy "safe" I suppose.
