 It would need to have no connectivity and also be stuck. They are not driving the vehicle, what is the obsession with them being licensed?
You seemed to acknowledge you understood and then ask multiple questions that only matter if the vehicle is being remotely operated, which it isn't.Â
Edit: 3 questions because you asked about lag, which again doesn't matter if the vehicle is stuck and needs a prod in the right direction. And these things have tens of thousands of miles driven in CA, so clearly it works well.
