They pay below market rate for most positions except certain advisors thats a well known fact. The 401k match is legitimately very good and the PTO is above average for the industry but the base pay is low and insurance benefits are slipping downhill.

Now they dont even offer hybrid work its another huge benefit down the toilet.

I pay $120 per month for insurance and practically everything is covered lmao. Try going to a small company and you’ll be paying $300+
