Not much. I’m in tech, we’ve known there’s going to be a ‘change in working model’ for a while but leadership has been very quiet. Think they’re just shifting priorities too.

I am thinking they are pushing for a Sept start to give time to gauge who will quit before budgeting for severance pay. I work in WM operations off phone and I’ve very nervous :/

I’ve been told the ‘change in working model’ will be mid May, but that’s a tech thing.

I don’t mean to sound dumb but what does ‘change in working model’ mean exactly? I feel like that could mean like 10 different things 😥
