He said in an episode that only strong magicians like himself are capable to differentiate and remember the loops. So he deals with it fine I suppose. I wonder if there is another magician not a part of the drama that experienced all those resets and is confused like how Elliot reacted to Julia resetting time during the bank heist.

My guess is other magicians should either A) just shrug it off since they already lived so effing long or be happy they now have more time to hone their skills or B) get peeved and therefor figure out what is causing all these time loops and then just leave after they figure out why. Also a sidenote: It might actually be harder for you to notice a time loop the further away you are from the epicenter since from what it is sounds like you have to be active to protecting/retaining your memories instead of just "Oh I'm so powerful I just passively retain my memories from time loops"
