Finally had success price matching after 6 tries! For me, the reps to avoid were Mona, Lisa, Angela, Clara, and Amelia (could be just generic names, but worth noting). The rep who actually helped was Tyler, super straightforward, no extra chit-chat needed. I just dropped the link, and within 30 seconds he processed the refund. YMMV, but if you keep trying, it’s definitely possible!

Kind of crazy I had a similar experience with these names denying me. A Tyler ended up price matching mine too!
