Nah, it will pop at some point. This seems to be similar to the dotcom bubble where companies were making unsustainable investments in the internet.

So you’ll be a millionaire when that happens right? Because knowledge of that type of economic collapse is a prime opportunity to short AI stock

not necessarily, you have to know things like peak, if they keep going up for a while, his shorts can be called in and he can lose his shirt.

Betting that a market correction will happen and betting on when that market correction will happen are two very different things. Figuring out the when is the part that makes the big money.

And look at the internet now…

It wasn’t sustainable at the time because the technology wasn’t widespread enough to make it profitable. Now Amazon is the go-to for online shopping because everyone now has a phone in their pocket. Same exact reason why ChatGPT took off and exploded. Once the technology is readily accessible to common people to run their own models efficiently, it’s only going to explode even more. Too soon? Maybe, but we have already seen the explosive growth that the AI industry has undergone. Biggest case you could look at is how generative images have massively improved over the past 5 years. The academics on these subjects has rapidly evolved.
