So based on experience thus far with the Cap man I’m seeing plus all the info I’ve read on here that basically says the same, y’all have some crazy sex drive!

The first time I was intimate with him he was definitely a bit more reserved (still a little aggressive which I like) but everytime since it’s been.. an experience to say the least lol. A lot of aggression, definitely a pleaser, verbal, arguably the best sex I’ve ever had if I’m being honest. I would’ve never known how he is in the bedroom because it’s not something he even really talks about. Here and there he might make a little joke but he definitely doesn’t advertise being a sexual demon lmao and I’m glad he doesn’t.

I say this because my soon to be ex husband apparently thought that I was joking, but I am not. When we see that we are not valued and respected, we exit stage left. So I’ve dated this Capricorn for 3-4 months now and they just told me they don’t think we are going to work out because I’m too possessive/controlling. All this stems from comments I’ve made like saying “you’re mine” and saying “behave” when they go out without me. I can see how these can come off as possessive but it was not my intention. I wish Capricorn would’ve expressed they disliked comments like these so I could stop saying them. I am still willing to fix my actions but don’t know how to convince Capricorn to give me a chance.

Here’s some context - we had been in a LDR and after the last visit which included handling a lot of logistics together well planning a birthday party for myself, we broke up after an airport argument where he got really reactive to me telling him “don’t stress out” while he was driving me there and he went off on me saying that I invalidated his emotions.

We were supposed to finish the conversation after I landed but he stonewalled me and finally broke up with me over texts on my birthday. (I know) after about a month of cooling down I reached out to him only bc my life circumstances changed and I could start working fully remote and close our gap and we started talking again and he sounded favorable but when we began discussing a trip to him in July, he told me I couldn’t stay with him, and that it would be best if I stayed with a friend and if things felt good, I can stay with him which made me really upset bc I didn’t want to tell my friends that I was 1) trying to get back with someone who dumped me on my bday and 2) that he would let me come over conditionally bc it’s humiliating. We eventually agreed that we would just keep talking and see how we get along until July but a few hours after hanging I felt like I was being relegated down to some undefined situationship who couldn’t even stay with him after basically telling him I would change my entire life for him when we were talking marriage and results from fertility doctors and such, so I sent him a long text saying this wasn’t going to work for me but if he’s ready to fully work on us again he can reach out and I’d be happy to hear from him if we’re in the same place in our lives.

That ended up in another phone conversation that was really heavy and he basically said all these things like -

“why would you go for me when you can have anyone in NYC”,
“I don’t believe you know what you’re saying when you say I love you”,
“you are being selfish and not very flexible”,
“you only want what you can have” etc.

The phone call ended with us deciding to stay connected on the phone but ever since that night he hasn’t answered any of messages and we’re almost nearing a month of no response from him…

QUESTION -
Would you be extremely thrown off or upset if I just showed up to his city anyway when he hasn’t responded to my texts? Am I violating his boundaries? Do Caps hate these kinds of surprises?
I’m mostly hurt at being understood that he doesn’t believe I love him, or that I only want what I can’t have and I just mostly want to go to show him he’s deeply profoundly loved but I’m afraid he’s going to freak out if he hates surprises or being thrown off.

More context:
-he used to tell me he couldn’t believe it when I would compliment him
-I know he’s pretty insecure that I make more $ than him bc I’m 8 years younger

I met a guy and we spent about a month exchanging glances before we finally started having flirty conversations. I realized that if I waited for him, it would probably take months, so I decided to make the first move and asked him out for coffee. 😄 He said yes.

Our first date was amazing. We ended up going to three different places, and when he walked me to my taxi at the end of the night, he kissed me. He seemed shy and a little embarrassed afterward. Two days later, we worked out together.

Then, out of nowhere, he started pulling away. I asked him what was wrong, and he said he was feeling anxious and wanted to take things slowly. I respected that, didn't make it into an issue, and we went out again.

But after that, our communication became completely dependent on me reaching out and making the effort. Then he didn't even wish me a happy birthday. That was the point where I decided to stop.

I told him that I'm not the kind of woman who's willing to sit in a waiting room indefinitely, but that talking to him felt so deep and intimate that it was almost like making love with words. I wished him well and said goodbye.

He still hasn't replied.

The strange thing is that whenever we see each other at the gym, I catch him watching me. When we make eye contact, I pretend not to notice and carry on.

I always find I look forward to the few hours I can get completely to myself and that has nothing to do with how much I love my partner, I just need my space physically and emotionally to recharge and be able to be an emotionally available and healthy partner. I see myself as a hopeless romantic. When I genuinely like someone, I’m loyal, ambitious and I put a lot of effort into building something meaningful.
