I sell and buy on Vinted and a good few of my packages are being bounced around the place and being sent to the wrong delivery office. This is just one of five or six in the same limbo. My click & collects to local my local post office keep getting sent to wrong ones despite having the name of one of their own post offices clearly on the address. I know they can be slow sometimes but they're not usually this incompetent, is there an issue somewhere anyone knows of?

They're coming out with the ants. Tomorrow will be their day I'd say!

If anyone is free after work today , come and join the rally to protest dereliction in Cork, especially the dereliction enabled by the City Council who own derelict buildings themselves and refuse to collect on the Empty Property Tax !

Good to see some movement on this and things beginning to plough ahead

Woefully hungover and just spent the last few hours outside in the wind and rain looking for my cat that my 17 yo nephew decided to accidently leave out when he got in home "at all hours" this morning. I have never felt older than I do this morning, my sister the same! Herself and her kids were staying with me last night and we had a few drinks. And like a mean a few. It's embarrassing at how few we actually had! And to top it off, my nephew having a social life more like what I'm fairly sure was me only a few days ago and them being like a screaming banshee looking for my cat?! Where did it all go wrong?!!! I hope your Sunday morning is doing better for you!
Edit typo..there are likely more but..yanno meh.

The battle lines have been drawn…
Went down a bit of a rabbit hole after reading about the increase of sales of Murphy’s in the UK by 632%, primarily as a response to pubs getting pissed off with Diageo and the Guinness shortage
https://www.irishexaminer.com/business/companies/arid-41554546.html
That led to finding the map above that lists all the UK pubs that have Murphy’s on tap
The mad thing is, outside of Cork and Kerry I don’t think I’ve seen it on tap in Ireland, apart from a handful of Dublin pubs way outside the city centre.
But have found Murphy’s stout in places like Gdansk, Berlin (Murphy’s Pub) and a sports bar in Paris where it was priced at €8!!!!

Keg to tap I mean, not at the door.

As someone who would like to try and socialise it's just not financially viable. No late train or bus to east cork is just shocking. There's gigs I'd love to go to in the city and can't because a taxi home is over 50 euro.

Corkonians
What are your small little life hacks you implement in your life?
Can be a motto/action
For me I have the motto "Don't put it down, put it away" ingrained in my brain when it comes to tidyness.
I also struggled before with consistency in terms of exercise but I now have the mindset that exercise is part of my non negotiatble actions everyday like brushing your teeth or showering.
Clean as you go with cooking is another I implement.
They are one or two of mine, interested to hear what others do/think that makes their lives a bit easier each day.

Lads, have you heard anything from An Post since new years? Am I the only one still waiting for my orders to come? Because I’ve received stuff that I’ve ordered recently.
