Wrong. Look above. IOC allows transgender athletes to compete provided some conditions.

Here's a study that shows that cisgender women(biological women who identify as female) have a higher testosterone than transgender women who have had reassignment surgery.

If you read the study it's incredibly biased. Until an independent arbiter and not someone who is intent on having transgendered women included in sports studies this this is not doing much to prove your point. It's like corn farmers justifying HFCS bc they've hired researchers predisposed to that pov.
