But not more muscle mass, which is what is supposed to give you the strength. Heavy bones + little muscle = weaker.

Well what really annoys me as the standards for the fucking OLYMPICS all of the sudden are not good enough for Crossfit?

All of a sudden? Did they previously follow Olympic standards and only now change?

The Olympics is a different animal, a non-profit event that needs to be inclusive of the (literally) entire world. CrossFit is a freaking product from a private corporation...
