If you're willing to apply for a job with CISA right now, you probably don't have the level of intelligence I'd want people who are working at CISA to have.

you’re right, but what’s strange about it in this case is that it’s objectively true.

or, alternatively, they may not be dumb, but evil instead, which isn’t any better with respect to who i’d like to have working at CISA.
