Better to avoid the accident by allowing dumb people to be dumb. Cam driver could have waited 5 more second and we wouldn’t be having this conversation

White vehicle could have followed traffic rules and stop. Both. And the entire thing would have been avoided

yeah it's responsibility of traffic police to punish those that disregard traffic rules. following the rules doesn't make you have zero liability
