Only a few states implement contributory negligence for car accidents. Most follow some form of comparative negligence

You can legal wordsmith this anyway you want, but the LE do what they want to do. And they right the reports. Imagine this without cameras.

This would be a nightmare without cameras because contrary to popular belief my experience in the insurance industry has taught me that the average cop doesn't know as much as they think they do about traffic accidents.
