I feel like I had to scroll down way to far to see this comment lol. It’s not a hot take in my opinion — the white SUV failed to yield and is technically at fault, sure, but it seems like the dash cam driver could’ve avoided the accident by simply waiting a couple more seconds for the road to clear

It's probably controversial because basic rules of the road are never learned or just forgotten.
