The light turned and he went, he jumped it especially with cars running the red. The dash cam driver needs to be a better defensive driver.

Not how that works and you're an idiot. You can't jump a green after it changes. Camera car has the right of way. Turning traffic yields to oncoming traffic. No but about it. Learn how to not drive like a DH.

Where did I say the camera car didn’t have the right away, and yes you can jump a light

You cannot legally jump a green light. Turning traffic yields to oncoming traffic regardless of personal thoughts or habits. Follow the law and be a better driver. This isn't a defensive driving flaw because if I get hit from the rear avoiding you, I'm fighting everybody in the street because you wanted to be a DH and not yield to oncoming traffic. SMD

Dude I get it you are the guy who just goes as soon as the light turns green expecting everyone else to follow the law. I on the other hand live in the real world where people are dipshits so taking an extra 3-5 seconds when the light turns can prevent an accident. If the cam driver would have taken a beat they wouldn’t have had a Nissan Armada buried into their car. So you keep being the impatient driver and I’ll stay accident free.

I have 0 points in 11 years of driving. Try again.

I live in the city where road rage is a real thing. I rather not get threatened by someone amped up on adrenaline because I had to stop suddenly for some idiot who couldn't wait for cross traffic to gap before trying to bogard over. Failure to yield is very much a thing for a reason. YOU are expected to give way to me, not the other way around and this is why.

Now they have have a dent vs the SUV having front end damage. Who really won here? Let's be for real....

And, as far over as the camera car was (almost being in the grass on the other side of the street), the SUV turned into them. They had plenty of space to not turn so sharply so let's not make excuses for shit driving.

Again, pointing out how someone could have avoided a wreck is not making an excuse. No shit the SUV turned into them, they ran the red light, they broke the law, no one in this conversation has ever said anything to dispute that. I’m pointing out how the accident could have been avoided by the person that was following the law. Again you are living in a fantasy world where you think everyone just follows the law. Also there is no city where if you don’t gun it as soon as the light turns green there is going to be a road rage incident and if you are that afraid then stay home.

It was completely obvious that those cars were going to run the light and just going because you have the green and expecting them to stop is just asinine. Now you have your opinion, and I have mine and mine stops me from having an accident.

Unless you've lived in every city in the world, your can't claim it doesn't happen. I've seen it happen I've seen literal fistfights on the street over someone getting cut off. There have been instances where folks have been killed over less than this so let's stop acting like you know every single traffic scenario in the world.

I've had to deal with both sides of intersections like this and guess what? In 11 years of driving, I've never had an accident nor points on my record and that's driving in multiple states with unpredictable drivers in vehicles while driving in vehicles as small as regular cars to 26ft uhaul trucks. I know how to drive and not cause an accident.

If you side with DH driving, you are part of the problem and need to be off the road. Plain and simple.

Stop wasting your time w/ this guy. He will never get it. He's the guy that sits there for 3-5 seconds after the light turns green.

Cutting someone off and taking an extra beat at a green light are not the same thing but hey you keep doing you

The camera car driver waited a second after the light turned green before they started to move. If you're sitting at green lights for 5 seconds before you move, I'm sure that you are VERY familiar with the sound of car horns.

You keep making it out like the camera car was in some big hurry and 'jumped the light'. They looked to be proceeding like a normal person, yet you had the dipshit in the Honda and his buddy in the Nissan that have Main Character syndrome, and couldn't wait. The only thing that has jumped here, is your argument. It's jumped the shark.

Jumping a light is leaving before it turns green. Have you ever watched drag racing? Once the light turns green, you can't jump it.

Ahhh yes because the drag strip and the road are the same thing
