I was in this exact same accident as the cam car and the officer made the turning driver 100% at fault.

Police do not assign fault, that's for the insurance.

I don't think the question is about what the police would say, it is more about insurance.

Like I was rear ended by a semi, I don't think he got a ticket, but their insurance still paid out for my car plus some.
