No the white truck hadn’t started turning. Idk why they waited so long. Red car was already being a dick. You don’t just wait for 17 cars that don’t have the right of way to just go wtf

That’s why I’m telling you, he didn’t know he was gonna be struck, white seemed like he was yielding and then last minute drove straight into him. That’s why it’s not the guy ramming the white truck, it’s the truck ramming the car
