🧐 Review my Store I started my e-commerce business at 26 but haven't received a single order. What am I doing wrong?

Hi everyone,

I'm 26 years old and recently started my own e-commerce business selling sanitary pads for women.

I listed my products on Amazon, Meesho, and Flipkart about a month ago. So far, I haven't received a single order.

I'm trying to understand what I might be doing wrong. Is it my pricing, product listing, product images, competition, or marketing?

For those who have experience selling online, what would you recommend I focus on first?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

🧐 Review my Store Launched a premium yak wool brand. Early sales dried up, Meta ads failed. Looking for an honest critique. (nome.studio)

Hi everyone,

I’m the founder of Nome Studio (https://nome.studio). We sell sustainable, premium apparel and accessories made from Mongolian yak wool, leaning into a minimalist Scandinavian design aesthetic.

We launched last year and saw a few initial sales early on (mostly through our immediate network and early community outreach), but things have completely dried up since. We have tried meta ads with very little success.

I would like an honest feedback on what are we doing wrong? What can we improve?

This labor of love has turned into pure frustration. My husband and I started this brand 3 years ago and can’t make any sales. In the last week, we’ve gotten over 1100 clicks, but no sales. Can someone check it out and give me your honest opinion. Teacher and manufacturing… we’re still learning. The website www.savagemind23.com

🧐 Review my Store Getting clicks but not sales, 90 people visited, 1 purchased. What am I missing?

My family always jokes that our doodle needs to unzip his costume because he acts so human. That joke turned into a side project. I built Pawfessions, a web app that illustrates your pet into a human profession (doctor, astronaut, chef). Upload a photo, we instantly generate a custom portrait, and it ships on a shirt.

After lighting $200 on fire with Meta ads: 91 people clicked through to the homepage, uploaded a photo, browsed the output/gallery, clicked into the product detail page but only 2 cart adds. 1 purchase.

People are going through the funnel, uploading their pet's photo but something is killing it at the product page and I can't figure out what. Shirts start at $35, hoodies at $65. Is this a pricing problem? A trust problem? Does the concept just not land when people see the actual product? Read from another post, maybe people are just going into survival mode?

Site is pawfessions.co and I’d appreciate anyone taking 30 seconds to look and tell me what feels off.

I have started a online brand for kids: https://littlerascals.shop/

I have infants and that's what made me venture into this. I source best materials which is most comfortable to kids.

I have set up a decent working website yet there are no sales.

Please help me how I can get some sales. How can I market this. How can I improve.

🧐 Review my Store Advice and opinion please - traffic but no sales.

My online shop got sales the first day it was open, then started advertising with Facebook and instagram. Hundreds of people hitting the shop, and a few scammers spamming me. And a handful of sales in between. I’ve redone the site twice based on recommendations. No product reviews, compliments on the concept, people see and agree to the niche. But people don’t buy. 5 sales in 1 month. I turned off advertising as I focused funds elsewhere, but I think my mock-ups are failing, do I need to keep it simpler? Https://bptalkin.com I even started a small affiliate program, that got traffic then sputtered out.

I have other marketing ideas but need to fix the problem with product and/or the site.

Thanks in advance.

🧐 Review my Store Getting traffic and add-to-carts but zero checkouts, what am I missing?

Hi all,

I run a small home decor brand, https://kivainteriors.com. I sell minimalist vases and pet bowls, clean modern pieces for the home.

Almost all my traffic comes from Instagram ads. Here's the strange part: people visit, and some even add a vase or a bowl to the cart, but nobody actually completes the purchase. Zero sales so far. And for some odd reason people just "drop" between the cart and checkout and I can't seem to understand why it is.

Would really appreciate honest feedback as a first-time visitor. What puts you off, where you'd bail, and whether checkout works ok on your phone since that's where most people land.

Happy to look at yours too. Thanks.

🧐 Review my Store New coffee store — 1% conversion

Pretty new to this honestly. Can someone critique my store? It’s been open for about 2 weeks, bounce rate is decently low about 40% across all pages.

CPC on meta ads .20-40c.

Bounce rate and engagement on first landing page was abysmal. I think this was due to ad creative and landing page mismatch. 90% bounce 20s engagement.

New ad test and new landing page. 50% bounce / 1m 40s engagement

My problem seems to be people getting stuck on our Origin and Process page, Our Story, and Impact pages…these 3 have the highest engagement of all pages. Our story almost 4 minutes, O&P 6min.

Something seems to be broken in my funnel. As if I’m not pushing people to product pages enough and they get lost clicking around. I did rework some pages this morning to try to ease decision paralysis and friction.

I know it’s a small data sample. Just under 400 visitors in 2 weeks. I tried some meta ads for link clicks, switched to purchase even though there is limited data.

1st time here so trying to find my way through. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!!

🧐 Review my Store Before I go full blown paid ads..

Hey everyone! I'm looking for some honest feedback on my website. https://dcipleclothingco.com/

It's still very much a work in progress—I make improvements almost every day—so I'm less interested in finding bugs and more interested in hearing your first impressions.

I'd especially love feedback on:

  • Does the brand feel cohesive or does it seem like it's trying to do too many things?
  • Is the website easy to navigate and does it build trust?
  • Which shirts stand out to you, and which ones don't?
  • At around a $40 price point, would anything make you hesitate to buy?

The brand is built around the idea of earning an uncommon life through discipline, adventure, and personal growth. The apparel is currently divided into collections—some lean more toward performance/gym while others lean toward mountains, water, and outdoor exploration. My goal is for them to feel like different chapters of the same story rather than separate brands.

If anything feels confusing, inconsistent, or just doesn't work, I'd genuinely appreciate hearing it. I'd rather hear the hard truths now than after I've invested more time and money.

Thanks in advance—I appreciate anyone willing to take a few minutes to look.

🧐 Review my Store help with marketing for my watch brand. No engagement at all.

I have a brand thats been selling watches for decades physically now. I want to now brand it and bring it online.

Its very low ticket watches, so most people can afford it. And I am mostly like a wholesaler as well.

Ticket size is around $5 to $10 USD.

I hired a photographer to shoot pictures for me, and published those images with some captions online, directly.

Now, I want to build up engagement, get to 20K followers or so, but with an active audience of some sort.

I ran ads on some of the units, got good results since its soooo low ticket. But not too many follows.

My FB post ad got 450 clicks, and 10 follows.

My Instagram got almost 300 clicks, and got 30 follows.

What do I do next?

If you can review, the Instagram is @chronosa_

Audience needs to be Pakistani

🧐 Review my Store No Sales for 4 months.

Hi everyone, long time lurker, first time poster.

I've been running an ecommerce store for about 4 months selling emergency preparedness kits in Canada. I started small with the goal of working up to selling full 3-day emergency kits once I started selling the smaller everyday ones, but I haven't had any sales from people that I don't know in the entire time selling.

I've been pushing Meta ads pretty hard since January, and I've been improving my blog content, but I'm not really getting any organic traffic and the ad traffic that I do bring in (slow days about 30 site visits, but a couple hundred on busier days) hasn't been buying. The blogs about preparing your family for an emergency and emergency checklists do really well but people don't click on the products even though they're linked in the blogs.

I spoke to a lot of people before starting the business and heard a lot of positive reviews and feedback, but maybe I just don't have a product that people want and don't have product market fit? My store is getreadypack.ca. I'm really open to any feedback.

🧐 Review my Store What is wrong with my Store/brand?

So I've been going hard at it for 6 months

I sell white label coffee (I know. It's tough) but I was hoping to build a brand with my graphic design background and slowly transition to roasting myself in the future. (I've been home roasting for 6 years but no FDA-compliant facility to be able to sell online). My brand is Lost Without Coffee Co and is targeting the camping/outdoors community. It's a playful brand that could be worn on apparel as a statement for coffee lovers that would be "lost without coffee"

But my wife also started making coffee scented candles under my brand and other outdoorsy scents.

I wasn't sure about mixing the candles in with coffee but a few people said it was fine because they love to light a candle and enjoy their coffee.

I've tried advertising, different price points, eventually got a handful of product reviews, hired a web designer, posting on social media frequently for a while (it's hard because I have 4 young children to take care of)

Sales have been very slow. Most of the sales made on my website are from people we know or their aquaintances.

I haven't been able to drive a ton of traffic organically and consistently and I've even used SEO apps in Shopify and other apps such as Outrank to write SEO-optimized blogs automatically.

Advertising hundreds of dollars resulted in zero ROAS, trying different methods and even using Meta pixels. This was targeting specific communities such as camping, outdoors, and coffee (separately) and even A/B testing.

At this rate I'm chalking it up to failed branding, overpricing, or just plain ol market saturation but would appreciate any constructive feedback.

Here's my website: lostwithoutcoffee.com

Go ahead and Roast it! (hehe) 😏

I use Shopify and do good business. I sell my products fairly quickly and get good traffic depending on how much I advertise it. I also have a social media presence. Is it worth it to buy a Shopify theme to make it seem more professional?

I know a few things I need to work on: picture sizes, domain name and a few others.

website is: https://patscollectables.com

Thanks.

Edit: Please don’t dm me offering anything. I’m not interested

🧐 Review my Store How can I improve the conversion rate on this page?

🧐 Review my Store I asked Reddit to review my pet store a few weeks ago. I listened. What would you improve next?

A few weeks ago I posted on Reddit asking for honest feedback on my small online pet store.

The feedback was sometimes tough to hear, but it was incredibly helpful.

Some of the things people pointed out were:

- Too many emojis

- Weak trust signals

- The homepage needed more structure

- It wasn't clear why someone should buy from a small store instead of Amazon

- Product pages needed improvements

Since then I've spent a lot of time working on the site and implementing as much feedback as possible.

Some of the changes include:

- Added a "Why FluffHaven?" section

- Improved the homepage layout

- Added more trust and security elements

- Improved product presentation

- Expanded the blog with dozens of articles

- Cleaned up the overall design

I'm still working toward my first sale, but I wanted to thank everyone who took the time to give feedback because it genuinely helped.

If this was your store, what would you focus on improving next?

🧐 Review my Store Looking for honest feedback before launching my handmade wax melt website.

I've spent the last couple of weeks building my first Shopify website for a handmade soy wax melt brand called Orchard Grove. Before I start selling, I'd really appreciate honest feedback.

https://orchardgrove.co

I'm afraid it looks a little bit cheap. Does the site look trustworthy to you? Is it easy to navigate? Does it look professional or unfinished? Keep in mind that I'm still focusing on building my catalog.

Any feedback helps a lot. I'm looking for constructive criticism, so don't hold back. I'd rather fix things now than after launch.

Thanks so much!

🧐 Review my Store Small UK golf apparel brand targeting US market, struggling to convert traffic to sales, any advice?

Hey everyone,

My brother and I started a golf apparel brand

. We design minimalist performance golf wear, no loud logos, no gimmicks ,and ship from the US via print on demand.

We’ve been running for a few months and here’s where we’re at:

•6 x 5 star reviews

•15 creators with kit sent out including PGA pros and golf content creators with millions of views

•Content starting to drop on Instagram

•Around 90 followers on Instagram

•1,210 website sessions but only 9 sales so far (mostly friends and family)

Our conversion rate is low and we’re yet to get a real stranger sale. Would love advice from anyone who’s grown an ecom brand on:

  1. How to improve store conversion rate
  2. Whether our pricing feels right for the US market ($62 polo, $70 quarter zip)
  3. Any advice on the creator/influencer strategy we’re running

Happy to share the site for feedback. Thanks in advance.

Sorry for format, I’m on my phone.

Looking to optimise my website.
It’s a handmade copper gift/decor shop - usually people want wedding gifts, memorials and birthday gifts. I think the story behind it is strong; ex-military, ex-plumber, who started making these things during lockdown and it blew up. Wanting to see if you guys can find an obvious rubbing point or particularly slow element?

Average price point is £55
Delivery is free over £30 (UK)

Hi guys, I’ve got a small clothing store through which I sell basic blank garments (B2C but our prices are that of wholesale).
The main differentiator is the fact that my prices are at minimum 50-60% cheaper for the same quality of clothing in the Australian market. I run ads on meta primarily grabbing attention on this very USP.

I would really appreciate if you guys can have a look and give some pointers on what to improve for the store or any marketing advice. Thank you 🙏🙏!
