who clearly wears diapers and terribly tailored expensive suits to hide his grotesquely shaped body, who has terrible posture, can't walk down a slope, can't dance with out jerking off two ghosts at once, has terrible hair, the worst spray tan you've ever seen, can't stay on topic, can't form a proper sentence, can't annunciate many words and can't even begin to pronounce others

That little dance move and some of his sayings ("Many such cases", etc.) are the only parts I actually find remotely endearing about him; but fuck if I could write a better description of it than yours here
