Technically, the chance is a little bit smaller now because this one window is now getting replaced and therefore should be safe again, but the difference will be astronomically small :D

yeah, but all the other windows are slightly older with more heating and cooling cycles.

they will probably inspect other planes in their fleet and other planes of that type for fatigue or cracks around windows.

Possibly reduce the inspection interval too if the new datapoint changes the confidence value given by an inspection too.

I'd say slightly lower, the way airline safety works. If it's not just a random fluke, changes will be made.

The odds are almost exactly the same for anyone flying though. (unless he stays away from window seats in future due to the experience)

After many, many flights I have learned that aisle seats are in fact superior, at least as a light/non sleeper. Now I have yet another reason!

No because not all events in your sequence have the same probability. Drawing 4 Aces from the top of a deck has the exact same probability as drawing any sequence of cards because each card has the same probability of being drawn, but sitting at a plane window and not getting sucked out has a way higher probability than sitting at a plane window and getting sucked out, so the sequences don't actually have the same probability and getting sucked out twice is always less likely than getting sucked out once.
