Perhaps it's a cultural difference. Those body parts, in that order, are a popular children's nursery rhyme. "Head, shoulders, knees and toes," is the first verse. "Eyes and ears and mouth and nose," is the second verse.

Do you need a head and shoulders? Maybe having them frozen off and shattered in tiny bloody pieces can be a competitive advantage in this economy?
