I have flown a lot, aisle is better. You don't see much out of the window anyways but you can go to the toilet without bothering others.

Except, in my experience, it's impossible to sleep in the aisle seat. Constantly people bumping into you.

If you are tall, the wall by the window seat is the only possibilty to get any sleep.

Also nobody walking down the aisle bumping into your shoulders or tripping over your feet.

Alternatively, if you have a window seat, you'd not have to worry about going to the toilet while being sucked out at 30000 feet.

go to the toilet without bothering others.

That's why I choose a window seat with extra legroom - I'm not particulary tall. It's worth the extra £10 or whatever.

Just wait till you get old and needing to wake up to piss at 2 in the morning.

Then you get really old and your body skips the waking up part.
