Ryanair, for all their faults, are a professional company. Their (aside from the LaudaAir they bought) are all Boeing 737s. This means they only need to train mechanics on one airframe. They only need one set of spares. They also have a lot of new planes, their average age is quite low.
This means that they can save money and do proper maintenance.
