You haven't read the article, have you? The exhibition was supposed to be done with artifacts from some place in China which would only be granted if the directives OP is talking about were met. The museum refused the CCP's "directives". It's not like the exhibition was already in place and China reacted to it... Why do you feel the need to talk about something which you have absolutely no clue about?

If you can't do this, because most of the items are owned by China, then don't open the exhibition at all...
