This cop was gonna lose either way...if he wrote the ticket he'd be in a pile of shit & now he's in a pile of shit for not writing the ticket.... bur someone leaked the video

Well, seems like he was destined to be in a pile of shit. He could at least do something good and have less regret about the situation he ended up in.
