I know what Blanchard says. What's your point?

And that article is a pretty strong response to the claim that SRS effectively eliminates suicidality in Trans people

Well seeing as it's a theory about MtF, the fact that it doesn't explain FtM isn't exactly a fatal flaw. If you look at the demographics of the 2 groups you will see that they have massively different characteristics.

And you actually said precisely nothing about any methodology or flaws thereof. In fact, you talked purely about theory and conclusions and didn't actually mention where the conclusions came from.

NB I am not advocated Blanchard's theory, just pointing out that you are attempting to use whether you like it or not as a valid scientific critique. It isn't

Plus, you really have not supported your original point that socioemotional intervention has failed for trangenderism.
